1. Google Play Refund
With the use of Google Play you have the possibility to cancel some purchases within a very short period of time (about 15 minutes) after the purchase. Different rules apply to different types of purchases, such as subscriptions. You are able to cancel them during the grace period. 2. 2Monkeys Refund Policy
In addition to Google's standard methods of cancelling the purchase immediately after purchase, you may still think you are entitled to a refund at a later date. We only reimburse purchases when there is a good reason to do so. Please contact us if you think you are entitled to a refund. Explain in detail why the refund should take place. Please include the transaction ID of the purchase. Send this information by email to [email protected]. We will respond within 3 days.
